1. Dandalin daidaitawa na XXY na sashin monolithic na gaba yana sanye da ruwan tabarau na 4 CCD don ɗaukar hoto nan da nan da mayar da maƙasudin (ko matsayi na rami) a kan substrate zuwa tsarin sarrafawa don kwatanta matsayi.Idan wurin ya karkace, sanar da faifan servo X/Y/Y.Tsarin yana farawa nan da nan, yana motsa teburin daidaitawa (tare da babban abin da ke sama) zuwa daidai matsayin, kuma ya kammala daidaitawa.
2. Bayan an gama daidaitawa, ƙugiya na tebur na hagu da dama suna gyara madaidaicin a kan tebur mai ɗaukar nauyi, sa'an nan kuma kawo substrate zuwa sashin bugawa.
(2) Plug-via sashe
1. Sashin bugawa yana ɗaukar kan bugu na allo na saman matakin sama mai lamba huɗu, sanye take da nau'ikan ƙayyadaddun ƙayyadaddun ƙayyadaddun motsi da hanyoyin daidaitawa, yana gudana cikin kwanciyar hankali da nutsuwa, da sanyawa daidai:
- Shugaban bugu: injin mai ragewa tare da sarrafa dijital mai rikodin, jagorar madaidaiciya, scraper guda ɗaya da sauran nau'ikan bugu 4, zurfin wuka mai jujjuyawa / tawada mai rufewa, kusurwar juyawa, daidaitawar kusurwa.
- Allon X/Y/Z mai kyau-sauya: daidai kuma santsi ƙira biyu-frame, ingantaccen kunna ƙulli nuni don haɓaka haɓakawa, nunin daidaitawa na asali.
- Dagawar allo na CNC: Motar Servo tana aiki tare da madaidaicin ƙwallon ƙwallon ƙafa da rakiyar kayan aiki tare da ɗagawa guda huɗu na aiki tare, saitin tsayin CNC (matsayin bugu / matsayin jiran aiki / matsayi na wanki).
2. Tsarin daidaitawa na bugu yana ɗaukar tsarin daidaitawa na faranti na servo, wanda aka daidaita ta hanyar kusantar teburin daidaitawar sifili, kuma daidaiton daidaitawa ya kai matakin um.
(3) Sashin fitarwa
1. Sashin fitarwa yana sanye da na'urorin jigilar kaya don ɗaukar injin tuƙi da kawo shi cikin farantin tushe, kuma a dawo da shi zuwa na'urar.
